Hi, Piotr. First of all, I want to thank you for taking the time to read through it. I apologize if that’s how the content of article came off. Personally, the title was meant to address the lack of diversity when hiring in tech using a tongue-in-cheek approach. The content was meant to draw back the curtain a little bit in terms of their process and ultimately remind myself (and others) not to become distracted by “sexy” opportunities like this, especially with companies that don’t value diversity and company culture.
