I really appreciate you taking the time to read and share your feedback! Even though I allude to the make up of a traditional advertising agency, I do mean most large-scale companies that represent their clients. I think the freelance economy will penetrate most (if not all) agencies.
Employment and recruitment agencies are also fairly common here. They are a great way for independent professional to get their foot in the door, but long-term, many of them exploit freelancers by taking a massive cut of the hourly rate. This is definitely a broken system that I am interested in helping fix.
