In terms of sharing the benefits of coworking without coming across as insincere, I think it’s just about providing value and not trying to convert too soon. Laying out the benefits for someone is definitely a great first step. Something that might be helpful is sharing a free trial membership so the potential member could see the value on their own.

The coworking center where I work allows each member to “gift” a free week-long trial membership to someone else they think would be a good culture fit for the community. It has allowed the overall community to grow organically.
