I definitely agree that utilizing the freelance economy correctly will increase the overall quality of user experiences (for both clients AND freelancers). Inevitably, there are some agencies that are operating at such a massive scale, they will barely notice this shift. However, if they don’t embrace it, I truly believe they won’t be around long-term.
