Daily Thought: July 19, 2018

I am one of the most impatient people on Earth.

Sometimes, this weakness can actually be a strength, allowing me to take action before analysis by paralysis sets in.

Other times, I move a little too fast and end up going back to fix careless mistakes.

Regardless, I need to spend more time investing in my processes.

Whether I’m creating a brand or publishing a piece of writing, my unique process sets me apart from other designers and writers.

The thing is, sometimes I focus so much on speed, I fast-forward and end up sacrificing quality.

Whats the point of creating a process if you’re not going to trust in it?

This is why I need to spend more time building processes that balance both speed and quality.

Eventually, I will be able to teach others how to tweak them in order to find their own success.

But’s that’s another process for another day.
